TAKING TIME TO CONNECT WITH COMMUNITY, NATURE AND YOURSELF
4 Week program which meets on Tuesday evenings from 5:45-7:00 p.m. beginning Tuesday September 15 – Oct 6 2020.
Please join me while we explore beautiful Piermont, New York. We will walk together, talk together, and end our time together with a short meditation each week.
Walks will vary each week and will be accessible to all fitness levels. Our well being and overall happiness is positively impacted by spending time in nature, building community and connecting with ourselves.
Take this time out for yourself. Join me for all 4 sessions or just one, whatever your schedule allows.
